Shipping policy

Shipping for most products leaves the fulfillment center on Tuesdays and Saturdays if in inventory. If not 14 days is expected delivery time to make and ship out of stock items. 

International Customs and Duties

Once an international order has been handed over to the carrier, the recipient is responsible for tracking the package and communicating with their local customs agency to ensure successful delivery. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the customs fees were unpaid, we are happy to reship the item. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the secondary shipping label.
